Is there an age limit to enter the event?

Accepted Answer

Our general age group is 24-40. We allow anyone over 18 - as defined by UK law - into the event.

Question 2

Is my registration/ticket transferable?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is, to another person but not another event. It is not refundable. Tickets will only be validated once; any duplicates scanned will be rejected.

Question 3

Can I update my registration information?

Accepted Answer

Yes, either log onto your Eventbrite account or email us at party@busspepper.com,  and we'll do it for you.

Question 4

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Accepted Answer

No, you don't. The Eventbrite App on your smartphone or the email of the bar code will do. We also have registrants listed.

Question 5

What is the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

As a standard in the entertainment industry, we do not offer refunds other than the cancellation of an event.

Question 6

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Accepted Answer

In the case of a transferred ticket, we will admit a person who's name doesn't match that printed on the ticket.

Is ID required?

Accepted Answer

We shouldn't have to tell you, but, YES!
No ID, no entry, only physical gov't issued photo ID with DOB accepted

Question 9

What time does the door close?

Accepted Answer

Doors close 2 hours before the advertised event end time, after which all tickets expire.

Question 10

What is the Dress Code?

Accepted Answer

Smart dress code (unless otherwise specified): stylish jeans allowed, only smart trainers, no sportswear/hoodies/tracksuits.
