FAQs

Can I still come to the service if I get there less than 20 minutes before?

Tickets will only be valid until 20 minutes before the service. If you arrive after this time, we will be admitting people on a first-come, first-served basis. But we cannot guarantee entry after this point.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

We do ask that children under the age of 7 are not brought to this Carol service however we do welcome them at other services including the Family Carols.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can either download and print your paper tickets at the link provided in your confirmation email or show them as e-tickets at the door.

Is there parking onsite?

Parking at Brompton Road is significantly reduced for this event and is subject to delays upon exit. We recommend that you do not arrive by car.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can register for?

These services are always very busy therefore we impose a limitation of one booking per person (of up to 4 tickets). Any duplicated bookings made with the same email address will automatically be removed.

Is there a cloakroom or luggage storage facility?

We regret that we are not able to provide a cloakroom or luggage storage facilities and will not be able to allow admittance to anyone carrying large luggage due to the limited space we have available.

Can I hold seats for friends on the night?

Seats are filled on a first come first serve basis and we are not able to let you save seats. Please wait for your full party to arrive before entering the building.

If on the day of the event, you are feeling unwell, please do stay at home to help us keep others safe.
