Description

Mount Vesuvius is thought to have begun erupting on 24 October AD 79. Almost two thousand years later, join us at the Ashmolean to seize the day and celebrate all things Pompeii and Ancient Rome with bite-sized talks from Humanities students and researchers, with activities for all. In collaboration with TORCH and the Ashmolean Museum as part of the Humanities Cultural Programme.

Ancient Roman-themed dress is encouraged!
