Event description

Description

An intrepid group of International SIG members went on this year’s study trip to Copenhagen to learn about best practice and new approaches to FM and stakeholder management. This second case study trip included visits to the Danish Broadcast Company, Novo Nordisk, ISS and Orsted as well as a school community programme and central government procurement. Steve Gladwin, Chair of the ISIG and Director of Nodus Solutions, one of the attendees, will be sharing some of the key learning points:
The right sourcing model
Recycling real estate for social change
Optimising the real estate portfolio
The focus on the core business objectives and managing stakeholders

The trip was sponsored by ISS and Ramboll who kindly lent us meeting space for our Value of FM session.

We would like to thank Steve Cook and his team at BACB for hosting this event.
