16th September – Sara Short (Sophie Holland Casting). Sara initially started out as an actor, having graduated from the Royal Conservatoire of Glasgow in 2015. In 2021, Sara made a leap into casting and landed an assistant job at Sophie Holland Casting where she has been working ever since. Throughout her time there she has worked on some incredible projects such as The Continental (Lionsgate/Starz), The Witcher (Netflix), Back in Action (Netflix), Constellations (Apple) and Heads of State (Amazon).

Actors from Collective have worked in Hollywood films, on Broadway, for the National Theatre, in the West End and in series for Netflix, HBO, BBC, ITV and Channel 4.
We are passionate about working with actors from underrepresented groups and we will always seek to break down barriers to access in professional actor-training. Scholarships are available for those who are facing challenging circumstances.
