Why are you doing time slots?

At recent events we have been overwhelmed with the volumes of people attending which resulted in extremely long queues for cuddles and we feel that a booking system would avoid this and hopefully manage people’s expectations and avoid disappointment.

Question 2

What happens if I am late or if I miss my time slot?

Accepted Answer

You will be able to join the standby queue but we will not be able to confirm your new time slot nor can we guarantee you entry in to the cat enclosure but will do our best to get you in for cuddles.

Question 3

Do I need to cancel my ticket(s) if I can no longer attend?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you are no longer able to attend we ask that you cancel your ticket as soon as possible. This gives the opportunity for someone else to take your time slot and enjoy some cuddles.

Question 4

Can I still attend if I don’t have a time slot?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you are more than welcome to attend! You will be able to join our standby queue but we cannot confirm what time slot you will be allocated nor can we guarantee you entry in to the cat enclose area. However, feel free to visit our stalls who are supporting us.

Question 5

Can I adopt any of the cats or kittens on the day?

Not all the cats or kittens will be up for adoption but some are looking for their forever homes, so please speak to one of our team members regarding the adoption process. A home check will be required and a adoption fee will apply.

What are your adoption fees?

Accepted Answer

From 1st April 2023 the adoption fee will be: £110 for a cat (6 months+) £130 for a kitten (under 6 months) £200 for a pair and £250 for a pair of kittens.

Do you neuter your cats before rehoming?

Accepted Answer

All our cats and kittens would of have had a health check, been neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated, wormed and flea’d prior to adoption.

We are happy to accept towels, blankets (no duvets or pillows), cat toys or items your cat no longer uses, or food they no longer eat. We ask you to inbox us with your area and then we can advise your nearest fosters address to drop off to us.
