Comfortable clothes suitable for gentle movement and stretching. Bring warm layers for inside & outside, your water bottle, your yoga mat, your journal & a pen, musical instruments (if you have them/want to play), a cushion & blanket, eye mask and items for the altar.

Health & Wellness

Please ensure you complete the registration form before attending. Whilst facilitators will be aware of your needs, please take personal responsibility to ask for additional guidance where required and listen to your body to rest if/when needed.

Digital Detox & Photography

We encourage limiting phone use to offer a more immersive experience. This helps maintain the collective energy & presence. Photos & videos will be subtly captured at this event by our staff & will be available for you to download within 2 weeks of the retreat. By attending you consent to their use

Environment & Sustainability

We aim to be mindful of the venue and surrounding land and intend to ‘leave no trace’. To support us in that, please clean up after yourself and minimise waste where possible. Thank you.
