Catch Saturdays are our new monthly swim meet-ups at Bristol South Pool. Think of it as a chance to swim with others, get technique tips & grab some casual coaching with zero pressure.
Here’s how it works:
- 11:30am - Meet at reception for a quick group chat. We’ll talk about what you’re working on, give you a suggested session to follow (or you can swim your own), plus a clear focus to help you improve.
- 12–1pm - Swim time. We’ve booked half the pool. You can swim as far or as fast as you like. I’ll be in the water too, giving drop-in coaching. Want technique feedback, tips or advice? Just grab me.
- 1:15pm onwards - Optional coffee at The Local across the road.
This is about flexible swimming with friendly support - you’ll come away with practical tips for your swimming. & who knows, maybe you'll feel some transformation in the session itself?
