You will hear about the development of the YEF Toolkit. Launching in June, the Toolkit will be an online, accessible summary of the best available research on preventing serious youth violence. Attendees will be able to discuss and provide feedback on a prototype of the tool.

You'll also hear more about the YEF’s up and coming themed funding round ‘A supportive home’ which focuses on helping families to overcome challenges. In this round we’ll aim to answer: ‘Which approaches are most effective in helping families and carers to create a supportive home environment for 6 to 14 year-old children (including looked-after children), reducing the likelihood of them becoming involved in violence?’

The session will end with a discussion of other opportunities to get involved with the YEF.
