'Catch Yerself on!' 6 week Practical Mindfulness Live Course (Morning)

Description
This is a live 6 week online programme of accessible and practical everyday mindfulness. It incorporates themes of CBT and presence based coaching allowing participants to develop an established mindfulness practice and gain a deeper sense of self awareness and self responsibility for their well being.
Each session lasts one hour and consists of practical exercises and discussion about our mindfulness experience.
Participants are encouraged to develop their formal and informal mindfulness practice outside of classes and incorporate into their everyday living.
Week 1: Theme- Awareness of surroundings
Week 2: Theme-Awareness of sounds
Week 3: Theme- Awareness of movement
Week 4: Theme- Awareness of assumptions
Week 5: Theme- Awareness of how and what we eat
Week 6: Theme- Awareness of judgments/ self compassion
Session materials include a selection of mindfulness recordings, mindfulness resources and weekly updates/ reminders between sessions of our weekly focus.
There is also an opportunity for participants to access additional short live drop in sessions between classes.

These sessions are delivered using the Zoom platform so you will need to download zoom on your smart phone, ipad or laptop/ pc. You will be sent login details and instruction prior to the course start date.
