Over the past 18 months Dstl has designed and launched “Project Metis”, an exciting Category Management driven change designed to transform how Defence & Security procures S&T R&D.

Dstl’s Project Metis is transforming Defence’s R&D procurement by rapidly moving from traditional framework agreements to a streamlined, low barrier to entry, unified purchasing gateway “Research Cloud” (R-Cloud Version 5).
