On 22nd November, national charity Allergy UK will bring together leading experts from the catering industry for their free-to-attend Industry Group Meeting.

Expert speakers will include Chun-Han Chan, Senior Scientific Officer from the Food Standards Agency and Richard Wright QC, Head of Chambers, Park Square Barristers who will present on the legal responsibilities of the Food Information Regulation 2014.

The day will focus on practical management techniques for caterers, including ways to collaborate with Allergy UK to provide a safe dining experience for those eating out with a food allergy. Food allergy legislative updates and case studies will be presented and there will be an interactive Q&A session, providing an excellent opportunity to gain insight from industry decision makers.

Anyone working in the food service environment is welcome to attend this daytime meeting and there will be plenty of time to network and interact during the course of the day.

Allergy UK will also be on stand 205 at the Food Matters Live event 21st – 23rd November.
