Looking for a fun, low-pressure way to get moving, spend more time outdoors, and meet some great people in the community? Come run with us!

Local Run Club for all ages and fitness levels – whether you’re a seasoned marathon runner or just getting started. Our friendly, inclusive group meets every sunday at 10:15AM for a casual run or jog through east london. No timers, no pressure – just fresh air & fun.

The session will be led by David from lifted training who will guide warm-ups, offer technique tips, and help you get the most out of your run safely and confidently – no matter your experience level.

Each run finishes at CATES, where you can treat yourself to a post run shake, delicious sarnie, acai bowl, almond croissant or your favorite coffee <3

Frequently asked questions

What should I bring?

Just wear comfortable activewear, running shoes, and bring a water bottle. We’ll take care of the rest – including finding the perfect post-run coffee ;)

Do I need to be a “real runner” to join?

Our club is open to all fitness levels, from total beginners to experienced runners. Whether you want to walk, jog, or sprint, you’ll find your pace here <3 (if you run, you are a real runner )

How far do you run?

We typically run 3–5km, but the route is flexible and can be adjusted based on the group’s needs. Walkers are welcome too!

Do I need to sign up in advance?

Yes please, if you do book last minute. Please keep an eye on emails, for last minute changes.

What if I can’t keep up?

No worries – we run at a relaxed, social pace and no one gets left behind. We have jogging and walking options during the run, plus David is a certified personal trainer & will make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported :)
