About this event

Daisy is running a series of virtual yoga classes for the Cambridge Biomedical Campus Wellness Campaign.

Yoga with Daisy is primarily about having fun, giving things a go, and trying - with a sense of humour and a smile on your face! It's a non-competitive practice, with modifications for different levels. All she asks is that you try, and that you practice with a sense of pleasure and enjoyment, rather than expectation, frustration and tension.

Wear comfy clothes (T-shirt and jogging bottoms or leggings are ideal). You can use a mat which you can pick up cheaply at a supermarket or online, a blanket(not quite so good) or just the floor. No ceremony - just bring you and a desire to relax into the yoga!

These FREE classes are part of the ‘CBC Wellness Campaign’ – a series of webinars/events and classes supporting the 21,000+ people who work on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, many of whom are at the forefront of the changing face of healthcare. However, these events are also for anyone looking for additional support: you don't have to work here and there is no charge to attend.

These classes (as with most of our events) will be recorded and uploaded to the Cambridge Biomedical Campus YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/c/cambridgebiomedicalcampus
