Event description

Description

Join senior business leaders as they engage with a panel of experts and the CBI President for a lively and informative discussion over dinner.

A valuable opportunity to build your profile and make lasting business connections that will help drive your business forward during these times of uncertainty. Following the success of last year's format, we will again host a panel of senior business influencers who will debate a number of topical business issues.

Due to the electoral period and the restrictions that places on political representatives, regrettably we have had to make some changes to our speaker line up.

During the evening, we will hear from panellists:

John Allan, CBI President
John is also the Chairman of Tesco plc and Barratt Developments plc.

Maxine Laceby, CEO of Absolute Collagen
Absolute Collagen launched in May 17 and has a current run rate of £9million, making Absolute Collagen one of the UK's fastest growing direct to consumer beauty brands. Maxine and her business have won many industry awards and we look forward to welcoming her to the panel.

Christopher Buxton, Chief Executive Officer, The British Fluid Power Association
Chris Buxton is the Director and CEO of the British Fluid Power Association and since joining in 2013 has introduced a complete strategic review of the business and a change programme focused upon delivering greater added value to the member companies

Archie MacPherson, Chief Executive Oficer, WMG HVM Catapult
Archie has over 25 years' experience in manufacturing with IBM, ICL, Lucas Industries and Mettis Group serving the Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Energy & Rail sectors. Archie has held leadership roles in organisations covering family, public and private equity owned structures.
