This Half-Day HR Conference is designed for senior executives with a major HR function. With in-depth presentations, the conference aims to give inspired ideas that have improved employee and organisational performance.

Through a mix of plenary and panels discussions and breakout sessions, this year's conference will address the key issues facing the senior HR community in business sectors and industries across Northern Ireland.

Key themes include: Brexit & global mobility, migration and skills, diversity & inclusion, employment law, performance & transformation, and leadership development.
