Event description
Equip your high-potential senior managers with the skills and techniques to navigate the political and economic context they operate in.

About this Event

Designed for high-potential senior managers, this programme equips participants with the skills and techniques to navigate the political and economic context they operate in, manage their external stakeholders and consider how business and government can work together to address key societal challenges.

Using the CBI’s in-house expertise, participants will take part in a range of both classroom sessions and external meetings to build their understanding of the business environment and effective stakeholder mapping as they progress up the career ladder.

With a focus on the big challenges for the future as well as the issues of today – from AI ethics to food security – participants will develop the ability to effectively engage with government. In addition to the core modules, the group will be set a challenge to produce their own policy proposal based on the lessons learned on policy insight and stakeholder influence. These will be presented to a panel of senior stakeholders from across business and government on the final day of the programme.
