A 1.5 hour course aimed at all staff.

This course includes awareness raising and helpful tips and techniques for anxiety. The techniques are based on those used in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

Attendees will be able to:

  • Increase their understanding of anxiety symptoms and their impact.
  • Explore CBT-based strategies for managing anxiety effectively.
  • Gain the skills to support and educate colleagues experiencing anxiety.
  • Equip themselves with tools to manage their own anxiety levels.
