Active Play – Support your child's healthy development through play and movement, lots of activities in a outdoor environment. Staff will be available for advice and guidance.
You'll also get lots of ideas and tips on things you can do at home to help your child's healthy development to give them the best start in life.
You can also enjoy the wonderful Soft Play Room at Orchard Children's Centre during this session.
This session is open ONLY to families living in London Borough of Redbridge with children walking to 4 years (under 8 years if the child has special educational needs and disabilities).
ENTRY INFORMATION. Please report to reception 5 minutes before and no later than 10 minutes after the start time as your place will be given to another family if they are waiting to attend.
PLEASE NOTE. Whilst in the Children's Centre, your child remains your full responsibility at all times.
PHONE POLICY. No phone calls are to be taken inside playroom. If you need to take a call, please remove yourself along with your child and go outside the playroom.
PHOTO TAKING POLICY. You can take photos of your own child/ren during the session on the condition that YOU make sure NO other child/ren is/are included in the photo you are taking. This is to make sure other children’s privacy is respected and they are safeguarded.
VIDEO RECORDING POLICY. Video recording is not permitted.
FOOD AND DRINK POLICY. No food or drinks are allowed in the sessions. However, you can bring water with you. There is also a private Baby Feeding space where you can enjoy a quieter infant feeding experience, but you are also welcome to breastfeed in any of the public areas.
