Our open days are structured to give you a full insight into many of the benefits we bring to your studies. We recommend that you book your place so you are kept up-to-date.
Before the Open Day
We encourage you to book in advance. When you book, you have the option to choose your area of interest so we can tailor the open day to your needs. A confirmation email will be sent to you including the schedule, parking info and directions etc.
During the Open Day
Please arrive ten minutes early to allow enough time for registration. After checking in, we will give you a quick welcome talk.
A campus tour will follow, showing you shared facilities, library, cyber café and gallery. The tour will include an update on student accommodation and will end in the atrium, where you can have a short refreshment break.
Programme Specific Talks – Your area of interest
You will then meet with the relevant programme leader who will show you to your department of interest, allowing you the opportunity to see our amazing facilities, student work, and gain a deeper insight into what modules you’ll be covering on the degree.
Student Support talk (Optional)
Finally, you will have the option to attend a short Q & A session by student support on matters concerning student support, finance, disability and other welfare needs.
Do you have more than one area of interest?
We undestand that visitors may have more than one area of interest. Please let us know about any other areas when you arrive and we will make sure we put you in touch with the relevant course teams.
Parents/Guardians and friends are welcome to attend on any part of the schedule.
After the Open Day
We are confident that once you have attended our open day, you will have all your questions answered. We may contact you soon after to ask for your feedback and if there's anyway we can help further. We would welcome you to come in again if you still feel unsure.
