CCEP 6 - 9-10 October 2027 - Global Assessment of the Extremities
Global Assessment of Extremities recognizes the interrelationship and the necessary intimacy of the spine to the extremities. Extremity dysfunction can and does affect the overall performance of the neuromusculoskeletal system. Thus, a “global” method of evaluation, analysis, and management is necessary. Understanding the signs, symptoms, and syndromes in a 'whole body' management format will solidify the practical application of the principles teamed in all prior modules. The most challenging patients are those that improve, but never completely resolve their complaints. Learn basic algorithms that will aid in establishing or reinforcing practical proficiency in management protocols.
This module will be based upon combining the general principles of all prior modules and the specifics of rehabilitation, extremity adjusting, orthotics and stabilization based upon the Council on Extremity Adjusting.
Health Sciences University are pleased to be running the full Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioners series. You will need to book each seminar individually, the dates are as follows:

Global Assessment of the Extremities (Wayne Johnson) –9-10 October
The Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner (C.C.E.P.) seminar series offered by the Council on Extremity Adjusting (CEA) provides chiropractors with practical, objective-based solutions for treating the body's extremities. Through a comprehensive curriculum comprising seven seminars, participants gain expertise in diagnosing and treating extremity-related issues by understanding the biomechanical functions of each joint and muscle.
The seminars offer a blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on training, allowing participants to grasp the complexities of extremity care while honing their adjustment skills. Unlike traditional chiropractic education, which often focuses solely on spinal nerve interference, the C.C.E.P. program emphasizes the significant impact of nerve interference on the extremities and provides simple yet effective methods for diagnosis and treatment.
Successful completion of all seven courses is mandatory to be eligible for the final practical evaluation. This rigorous assessment process ensures that participants have a comprehensive understanding of extremity care and are proficient in applying the knowledge and skills learned during the seminars.
By setting clear requirements for eligibility to sit for the practical exam, the CEA maintains high standards of education and proficiency among certified C.C.E.P.s, contributing to the credibility and effectiveness of the program.
