Join the Forest Policy Group for a full day exploring Continuous Cover Forestry (CCF) - an approach to woodland management that works with nature to create diverse, resilient forests.
What to Expect
- Morning: Guided visit to the award-winning Craggach Woods, where you’ll see CCF in practice and hear directly from those managing the site.
- Lunch: Return to Kirkhill Community Hall for a relaxed buffet lunch and a chance to connect with others interested in forestry, policy, and land use.
- Afternoon: Short provocations from invited speakers, lively panel discussion and interactive workshops. Together, we’ll explore the barriers, opportunities, and future potential for CCF in Scotland.
