Galwad i bob sefydliad gwirfoddol yn Sir Conwy! Ydych chi'n barod i dyfu, dysgu a chysylltu? Mae Cymorth Cymunedol a Gwirfoddol Conwy yn falch o gyhoeddi Cynhadledd y Trydydd Sector yn Venue Cymru ar Dachwedd 13eg 2025!

Wedi'i wneud yn bosibl gan Lywodraeth y DU a'n noddwyr hael, mae'r digwyddiad arbennig hwn wedi'i gynllunio'n gyfan gwbl ar gyfer sefydliadau fel eich un chi. Plymiwch i mewn i ddiwrnod o sesiynau hyfforddi gwerthfawr sy'n ymdrin â phynciau hanfodol fel cyfleoedd ariannu, rheoli gwirfoddolwyr a llywodraethu effeithiol. Hefyd, ehangwch eich rhwydwaith gyda chyfarfodydd craff a allai sbarduno eich syniad mawr nesaf!

Gallwch hefyd archwilio ein Ffair Ariannu a Gwybodaeth, lle byddwch yn cwrdd â chyllidwyr sy'n awyddus i gefnogi eich prosiectau. Cynhelir Cyfarfod Cyffredinol Blynyddol CCGC yn ystod cinio, gan ddarparu llwyfan i ymgysylltu â'n cenhadaeth a'n cynnydd.

Ac ar ôl diwrnod llawn o ddysgu, peidiwch â cholli'r cyfle i ymlacio a dathlu yn ein Cynhadledd Gymdeithasol y Trydydd Sector! Ymunwch â'ch cyd-fynychwyr am sgwrs hamddenol, rhwydweithio a hwyl.

Peidiwch â cholli'r cyfle anhygoel hwn i gryfhau eich sefydliad a gwneud cysylltiadau ystyrlon.

Rhaid i chi archebu lle ar gyfer y digwyddiad hwn. Rydym yn cyfyngu lleoedd i 2 fesul sefydliad. Os oes gennym y capasiti i ymestyn hyn, efallai y byddwn yn cynnig lleoedd ychwanegol am gost.

Gwybodaeth hygyrchedd:

Bydd Nicola Williams a Joanne Williams yn darparu dehongliad Iaith Arwyddion Prydain.

Bydd cyfieithu ar y pryd i'r Gymraeg ar gael.

Mae croeso i fynychwyr gyfrannu at y sesiynau / gweithdai yn y Gymraeg neu'r Saesneg.

Bydd Ystafell Dawel bwrpasol (Gofod Synhwyraidd Isel) ar gael drwy gydol y gynhadledd, dan oruchwyliaeth Cymorth Cyntaf Iechyd Meddwl.

Bydd ffilmio a ffotograffiaeth yn digwydd drwy gydol y digwyddiad. Os nad ydych eisiau gael eich cynnwys mewn fideos neu ddelweddau, rhowch wybod i'r ffotograffydd a'r fideograffydd yn y digwyddiad.

Mae lleoedd parcio hygyrch ym maes parcio Venue Cymru.

Mae Venue Cymru yn hygyrch i gadeiriau olwyn. Cynhelir y digwyddiad ar draws 2 lawr (mae lifftiau yn yr adeilad).

Made possible by UK Government and our generous sponsors, this special event is designed exclusively for organisations like yours. Dive into a day of valuable training sessions covering crucial topics like funding opportunities, volunteer management, and effective governance. Plus, expand your network with insightful meetings that could spark your next big idea!

You can also explore our Funding and Information Fair, where you’ll meet funders eager to support your projects. The CVSC Annual General Meeting will be conducted during lunch, providing a platform to engage with our mission and progress.

And after a full day of learning, don’t miss the chance to unwind and celebrate at our Third Sector Social! Join fellow attendees for relaxed conversation, networking, and fun.

You must book a space for this event. We are limiting spaces to 2 per organisation. If we have capacity to extend this we may offer additional spaces at cost.

Accessibility information:

• British Sign Language interpretation will be provided by Nicola Williams and Joanne Williams.
• Simultaneous Welsh Language translation will be available.
• Attendees are welcome to contribute to the sessions / workshops in Welsh or English.
• There will be a dedicated Quiet Room (Low Sensory Space) available throughout the conference, supervised by Mental Health First Aider.
• There will be filming and photography taking place throughout the event. If you do not wish to be included in videos or images, please inform the photographer and videographer at the event.
• There are accessible parking spaces in the Venue Cymru car park.
• Venue Cymru is wheelchair accessible. The event will be held across 2 floors (there are lifts in the building).
• Venue Cymru has accessible toilets.

Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation charge of £30 (per person) will be applied if you cancel your ticket after 27th October 2025 (or if you do not attend the event), to cover catering and other irrecoverable costs. If you cannot attend, you may send a replacement to the event. Please notify us before sending a replacement.
