About this event

Actions and Notifications

The Actions and Notifications section of CCMS lets the LAA keep in touch with Providers and Counsel members. We will send you important information relating to your cases and applications as notifications. We will ask you to carry out tasks on your cases and applications by asking you to complete actions.

This module has been designed to introduce you to this section of CCMS. You will learn how to access the section, how to respond to actions and notifications and how to search for old actions and notifications in CCMS.

Uploading and sending electronic evidence

Providing evidence to the LAA in support of legal aid applications remains as important as ever. Our casework teams can’t process your applications and bills until we receive the required evidence. This session will ensure you know when and how to upload documents to CCMS after submitting an application or bill.

The module will also cover some of the less commonly used methods of sending the LAA documents, such as via the postal route.
