Amending Cases and Clients

Amendments to cases are submitted online through CCMS and are used to update client information, make changes to the agreed funding certificate and keep your client’s financial information up to date.

In this module you will learn how to update your client’s personal information such as an address or telephone number. You will also learn how to request costs increases, prior authorities and other types of merits amendments.

Assigning Counsel

Within CCMS, Providers are able to assign Counsel members to a particular case and give them a specific cost limit to work with.

You will learn how to search and assign single and multiple Counsel to a case. You will also learn how to allocate a cost limit to Counsel and how to adjust that cost limit as your case progresses.
