CCMS Online Training Module - Emergency Applications
Overview
Emergency Applications
Emergency Legal Aid applications are vital when providers need to begin representing a client urgently. The single stage (emergency and substantive together in one application) and dual stage (emergency application first, with a substantive amendment later) processes are outlined within this module.
This session will explain the differences and give you the information you need to make either type of emergency application. You will also learn about scope limitations in CCMS and how to choose the correct scope limitations for the type of application you’re making.
