Introduction to using CCMS

This is an introductory session specifically for the beginner user. If you haven’t yet used CCMS or have only made a handful of applications, then this module is an excellent starting point. The class focuses on how we (the LAA) and you (Providers) work together digitally.

This module covers the core functionality of CCMS at a basic level. At the end of the session you’ll know which sections to complete when you are making a new application. Also, how you use online communications as we move into a digital future. You’ll be confident navigating around the different sections of CCMS and understand the language used when talking about applications in CCMS terms.
