This session provides a comprehensive look at different types of bill submissions, including how and when to submit them via CCMS. The module covers Payments on Account, Nil Bills, Interim Bills and Final Bills. We also explore some hints and tips to help you submit your bill for costs, along with a look at inter-partes claims assessed at court.

About CCMS

The Legal Aid Agency (LAA) has online ways of working for civil and family certificated legal aid work, involving the creation of a digital systems for providers and counsel.

This is the Client and Cost Management System (CCMS) and all civil cases are managed through this system.
