Submitting Outcomes and Discharging a Certificate

This module explores the way that funding certificates are closed when proceedings come to an end. Outcomes within CCMS were introduced to replace the use of App 11 forms and these have an impact on your bill. This session covers the relationship between the two. It also covers awards, reporting agreed costs, uploading supporting documentation and bringing the certificate to a close when you discharge your funding.

The Legal Aid Agency (LAA) has online ways of working for civil and family certificated legal aid work, involving the creation of a digital systems for providers and counsel.

This is the Client and Cost Management System (CCMS) and all civil cases are managed through this system.
