Special Children Act Applications

A large number of applications the LAA receive involve Special Children Act (SCA) proceedings. In CCMS, these applications are slightly different to others so we have created a module that covers the SCA application process and explains how to inform us of the use of delegated functions.

During the module you will learn how to create a Special Children Act application. The session also covers linking cases using the family lead and family associated case model.

About CCMS

The Legal Aid Agency (LAA) has online ways of working for civil and family certificated legal aid work, involving the creation of a digital systems for providers and counsel.

This is the Client and Cost Management System (CCMS) and all civil cases are managed through this system.
