Description

*** CCPA Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an invite-only event ***

The CCPA Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 6 December 2011 at the World Trade Center Beurs in Rotterdam, alongside DISH 2011, the biennial international conference on digital strategies for heritage.

The AGM will reflect on the work of partners and Europeana during the past year and inform and influence the work for the coming 2 years. All 250 plus members of the Council of Content Providers and Aggregators (CCPA) are invited to attend and travel will be reimbursed under Europeana V2.

Together we will discuss the challenges of the changing European cultural and information landscape and outline possible directions of future development. The overall theme of the conference will build on the work of Polish Presidency Strategic Conference European Cultural Commons.

There will be plenty of time and opportunities for networking and special lounge area has been designated for birds of a feather talks or informal meetings.

There will be a reception on the evening of the 6 December for all CCPA members.

In addition, those of you who wish to attend the DISH conference can do so at a special discount price of 220 EUR (1 day) and 380 EUR (2 days).

We look forward to welcome you at the Europeana CCPA AGM for a day of intense knowledge sharing, idea exchange and sector-wide networking.
