As many of us are facing change within our organisations and having to cope with our own and the responses of colleagues, volunteers and beneficiaries we thought we'd ask an expert on change management for their thoughts.
A brief overview on managing change is brought to us by Adrian Shepherd - a change management consultant who volunteers with Cambridge Cancer Help Centre. Adrian will share his thoughts on better ways to manage change and some of the pitfalls to avoid. We hope you will join us at 10am on Wednesday 19th August along with your beverage of choice.
