Short description: Design Management Workshops. Designence.

Participants: Maximum : 30 students per workshop

Designed fror: Bachelor and Master level of Creative Management (UX design and DM), teachers of marketing, innovation, strategy as well as managers of public and private services a.s.o. are welcomed.

Duration: each workshop 4 hours

Format for each workshop

  • theme DM for Sustainable organization both digital and environmental
  • the three days course cover follow the Design Management Staircase and the knowledge gaps at each level of design integration
  • 1 hour introduction of Designence quadrant DM value for concept , KPI and discussion
  • 2 hours creativity Design leadership from D to M or M to D on one of the challenges :D in KM
  • 1 hour implementing creative ideas in Design Management science

Format for each workshop

  • Learning by doing and playing a role (speed dating)
  • The binom of students play two roles: the design leader (specify each design discipline) and the manager in the company structure: brand manager, communications manager, customer service manager, R&D manager , HR director
