About this event

Business • Startups

These seminars are aimed at developers, directors, project managers, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants. In particular from those organisations; commercial directors, commercial managers, quantity surveyors, programmers and site managers.

The Seminar will discuss :

Smash and Grab Adjudication; this is still a huge tactical advantage to contractors and subcontractors, so we look at:

  • Payment Notifications
  • Developer’s failure to issue a Payment Notice/Certificate
  • What is “smash and grab” and when is it effective
  • Steps for Contractor to take when notices are less than interim applications
  • Steps for Project Managers to protect themselves

Attendees will also be able to participate in a Q&A session at the end of the seminar.
