Welcome to our Celebrating Autumn Equinox- Seasonal Connections Workshop! Join us on Saturday 20th September 2025 at 11am at the beautiful Grapes Hill Community Garden for a day marking the end of Summer and the beginning of Autumn. Come and connect with nature as we explore the significance of the Autumn Equinox and its impact on the changing seasons. Share poetry together around a ceremonial fire with a ceremonial herbal tea tasting . This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in nature, connect with like-minded individuals, and deepen your understanding of the natural world.

Bring a seasonal poem to share, a blanket for the meditation and some food to share . Don't miss out on this unique workshop that celebrates the magic of the Autumn Equinox!

More details

This is the third of a series of Seasonal Connections workshops with thanks to funding from the Love Norfolk Fund , managed by the Norfolk Community Foundation. The programme aims to help you live more seasonally and strengthen your connections with nature and your local community.

Each season brings its own set of joys and challenges, and we each experience the impact on our health and wellbeing differently. In our busy modern lives we don’t always notice the subtle shifts and have become disconnected from the ebb and flow of the seasons. To help better support our health and wellbeing, the garden will run a series of four free Seasonal Connections workshops aligned with the timings of the solstices and equinoxes to help us to better connect with the seasons, ourselves and our local community. Each half day workshop provides activities and celebrations which centre around the current season and will guide participants through specific ways to support their health and wellbeing. Each workshop will end with a seasonal celebration where we will share food and drink.
