Celebrating Menopause, Black History

Date: 25th October

Time: 1pm-3pm

Location: New Art Exchange

Did you know that for many Black women, the menopause journey can feel even more challenging?

High blood pressure and Type 2 diabetes are already more common in our community, and when you add the changes of menopause, the impact can begin as early as your late 30s to mid-40s.

But here’s the good news: those perimenopause and menopausal years aren’t just a curveball, they’re a powerful chance to reset, rebuild, and protect your long-term wellbeing.

This event will uncover the hidden connections between menopause and your health, while offering practical tools, real talk, and inspiring insights to help you future-proof your body and mind.

We’ll shine a light on the unique experiences of Black women, create space for honest conversation, and share empowering strategies you can use straight away.

Don’t miss this opportunity to invest in yourself, connect with the community, and walk away ready to thrive in every stage of life.
