Celebrating Thriving Care Homes in Surrey – Care Leaders Workshops
This session is part of Surrey County Council’s ongoing commitment to person-centred care and quality improvement. It is informed by our 90+ conversations with people across Surrey – care home residents, their family members and care staff, as well as older people in the community.
Continuing on from our leadership development programme with My Home Life England, we are offering the opportunity for Care Leaders to understand more about the Thriving in Residential Care Framework. This session will equip you with knowledge and inspiration to enhance the quality of care within your setting. You can explore real examples of excellent care, share your own approaches, and help shape the future of care in Surrey.
They are an excellent opportunity for professional growth, providing 2 CPD points. All participants will also receive a certificate upon completion.
