An Evening Celebrating Heritage Craft Skills – in aid of the Wren International Centre of Excellence

28th October 2025 7:00pm-9:30pm

Join us for a special evening under the Dome of St Paul’s Cathedral, celebrating the legacy of Sir Christopher Wren and helping to raise funds for the Wren International Centre of Excellence. This exciting new project will create a sustainable, inclusive space where traditional craft skills—like those that shaped St Paul’s—can be preserved and passed on.

Throughout the evening, guests will be treated to:

  • A live sculpting by acclaimed artist Lady Petchey, who will create a clay bust of Wren based on historic portraits and his death mask.
  • Live musical performances throughout the evening in the breathtaking setting of St Paul’s.
  • Rare, behind-the-scenes conversations with the Cathedral’s master craftspeople—from stonemasons to broderers—whose incredible skills help keep the cathedral’s heritage alive.

All proceeds go towards bringing the Wren International Centre of Excellence to life—a place where traditional craftsmanship can be protected, shared, and celebrated for generations to come.

It promises to be a memorable evening of art, music, and heritage, all in support of an inspiring and important cause.
