"Celebration of Meat" Supper Club at The Coal Shed Brighton January

The much-loved Coal Shed in Brighton invites you to an exciting range of Supper Clubs celebrating the best of British meat.
Taking place in the exclusive Private Dining Room at The Coal Shed, Head Chef Matt Price and his team will guide you through a five course feast, matched wines and some tips to take home.
Menus launched nearer the time and will contain the most seasonal Sussex produce we can find.
January Supper Club Menu
Ancho-spiced pork taco, coriander, pineapple, lime
BBQ glazed chuck short rib of beef
Sambal-cured wild duck, blood orange, fermented chilli, soy
60-day aged Black Angus Prime Rib of Beef, truffle mash, charcoal bearnaise
‘Rhubarb and Custard’
£50 per person, £75 with matched wines
2017 dates: 10 January, 11 April, 11 July, 10 October
Start time: 6:30pm for 7pm, end by approximately 10pm.
There are limited seats around our Supper Club table, please book your date early to avoid disappointment.
When buying tickets you can buy the Food only ticket and purchase drinks on the evening or select the Wine Pairing option in addition to your Food ticket to experienence the Supper Club in it's entirety.
