What is a Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you are “bathed” in the soothing sounds and vibrations of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and drums.
Instead of moving or doing physical exercises, you simply lie down comfortably, close your eyes, and allow the sounds to wash over you. The vibrations work on both the body and mind — calming the nervous system, easing stress, and helping you return to balance and harmony.
Many people describe feeling deeply relaxed, centred, and even re-energised after a Sound Bath.
What to ExpectWhen you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a calm, candlelit space. You’ll lie comfortably on your yoga mat while being gently “bathed” in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and drums. Most people describe feeling deeply relaxed, centred, and re-energised afterwards.
