Event for small group leaders and their assistants!
Churches met in houses in the first century. The new believers that joined these communities, enjoyed a healthy Christian family life that was characterised with an atmosphere of praise, willingness to sacrifice for one another and the Lord Himself endorsing their conduct by adding to their group.
They worshiped together regularly at the Temple each day, met in small groups in homes for Communion, and shared their meals with great joy and thankfulness,
Acts 2:46 (TLB)
This training day focuses on providing existing cell leaders with tools and the knowledge to grow their cell or small group. This training event builds on a previous training day (clfgreenwich.org/celltraining).
What is a ‘cell’?
A small group, known as a cell group, is a group of three or more believers who gather together regularly for friendship, worship, ministry, evangelism and discipleship.
Groups are usually focused on Bible study or some form of common interest and meet in someone’s home or at a public place, church premises or at someone’s work place.
