This is a taught session and is suitable for all, full written instructions are provided on a password protected section of our website. Please do not share the password.
This stitching pattern is stitched on cloth, no hoop is needed, cotton and denim work well, stretchy fabrics should be avoided. Perle no. 8 (any brand) is a good substitute for Sashiko thread and can be bought for a reasonable price at many retail outlets on and offline. You will also need a sharp needle a ruler and a fabric marker or chalk pen.
Please have the grid transferred to cloth prior to the start of the session. If you need help with this please contact Sandra on info@reconnecting.org.uk There will not be time in the session to do the drawing and stitching.

How it works:
We will detail any preparation work you need to do, a reminder e mail is sent 2 days before and again 2 hours before the session the session starts. The zoom link can be found by selecting your ticket on the app or online. If you have booked a kit (UK only) this will be posted around the 25th of the month before the session.
You will receive an email 2 weeks before the session starts with the password for the website – there you can download and print (if you want to) the patterns.
For those booking outside the UK you need to check for time differences.
