These CEM assessment data workshops are run by Evidence Based Education (EBE), the approved provider for training on CEM Durham's assessment systems.

This is the workshop for CEM's assessments in London - for a list of our other upcoming dates and venues, click here.

Primary sessions:

  • Session 1 (9am - 10:30am) - PIPS
  • Session 2 (10.45am - 12:15pm) - BASE
  • Session 3 (1:00pm - 2.30pm) - Assessment Without Levels (plus Q&A)
  • Session 4 (3pm - 4.30pm) - InCAS

*please note the times above when booking to attend individual workshop sessions

Tickets can be bought for the full day or to individual workshops. Full-day tickets include a session on Assessment Without Levels, with EBE director Stuart Kime. They also include refreshments throughout the day and lunch at 12:15pm. If you want help analysing your own school’s data, our EBE experts will also be hosting ‘data clinics’ throughout the conference in an adjacent room.

FAQs

Do you offer Group Discounts if we would like more than one ticket?

Of course! Full-priced tickets are available at £225 for the whole day, or £100 per individual workshop; if you'd like more than one, select instead the "group rate" tickets, and your desired quantity - these are priced at £190 for the full day, or £85 per workshop.

What is a ‘data clinic’?

Data Clinics are short, focused sessions with individuals or very small groups in which teachers and school leaders bring along specific data sets and relevant questions. These questions are then put to the EBE expert. Questions may be about interpretation of the data, using them as part of a monitoring and evaluation system in school or identifying areas for support amongst cohorts…anything that you want help with!

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Haileybury College is situated near Hertford. The school is very close to the M25, A1(M) and M11. There is free parking available at the school. If using public transport, the school is located a short (about 5 mins) taxi journey from Hertford North railway station.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Please do bring either a printed ticket or email confirmation on your phone. We will have a list on the door to cross-check and register you.

Are refreshments and lunch provided?

Full-day tickets include lunch at 12:15pm, as well as teas, coffees and light refreshments throughout the day.

Where can I contact the organiser with any questions?
