Objective: To foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and

innovation within the Palliative and End of Life care community.

Yes - we have a limited number of spaces, but we may ask you to double park and to maximise our parking capacity.

Will lunch be provided?

We will provide a light lunch as well as tea and coffee throughout the day. Please feel free to leave a donation with the team with Centre for Excellence reception team upon departure.

Is this a virtual or face to face session?
