After the luxurious retreat of Christmas, where we over-indulge and spend more time than usual on the sofa sleeping it off, we can find ourselves feeling a bit sluggish come January.
Join us to blow away the cobwebs, get the energy moving through the body, and detox the system to give you gusto this New Year.
The morning workshop will include:-
These workshops have been designed to re-attune your chakras through the use of chant and meditation; re-align your body, mind and spirit using asana combined with sound; mudhra to lock energy into the body; and release natural endorphins beating the blues and stress using laughter yoga. The aim is that you will leave us firing on all cylinders!
They can be taken as stand alone workshops, or combined one month apart to reaffirm and deepen the experience.
Some previous yoga experience is desirable, if unsure please contact us before booking.
We will break for tea mid-morning - a selection of herbal teas will be provided.
You will need light, comfortable clothing, blankets or cushions for meditation, and a yoga mat and block if you have one. (A small number of mats and blocks are available at the venue)
Space is limited so booking is essential.

John and Rebecca O'Dwyer are partners in life and love. Together, they bring us a blueprint for living a Centred Life, where we can be in connection with our spirit and in harmony with the world around us.

John and Rebecca are Mind Body Spirit Coaches currently training in family and systemic constellations with shamanic healing. John is a Viniyoga Teacher accredited with British Wheel of Yoga and Associated Yoga Studies.
Rebecca is a CBC Supercoach and Holistic Nutritionist, who works with people to take charge of their lives and live in their optimum balance for vitality and health. She is an Inspirational Speaker, an Accredited laughter yoga leader, and has a Naad yoga certificate in sound healing.
