CEO Tales: Open Source Business Models
Event Information
Description
For all those building - or backing - next generation software businesses
Rapidly deployed, free of costly software licenses, open source software has been a star sector over the past decade. This edition of CEO Tales takes a look at emerging business models and asks: which ones will turn Open Source into good business? Who will be the winners and losers in the Open Source economy?
We bring together senior executives from some of the businesses making a success of open source in their sector to debate the potential, and the limitations of the idea and consider whether it can continue its rapid growth. Three hours of networking and a Raspberry Pi as a takeaway gift to the first 120 registrations.
