Ceramic Handbuilding, Candle Making & Rose Healing

Join us for a joyful and deeply nourishing creative experience where you’ll craft your own unique candle and a handmade ceramic candle holder using translucent paperclay porcelain.

Blending mindful creativity with ancient feminine ritual, this workshop is both a space to make something beautiful and to reconnect with the soft, open parts of your heart.

We’ll end with a Rose Blessing Ceremony—a sacred, sensory ritual designed to soften, open, and heal the heart, especially from grief, stress, and the weight of daily life.

What’s Included:

✨ Candle-Making: Blend your own natural wax candle using healing scents, colors, and intention.

✨ Ceramic Candle Holder: Create a custom hand-built porcelain piece that will be fired and finished for you.

✨ Mindful Creativity: Be guided through a calm, spacious creative process grounded in presence and expression.

✨ The Rose Blessing Ceremony:

A heart-opening ritual to activate your candle and support emotional release and inner peace. You’ll experience:

• A gentle rose meditation to center in the heart

• Anointing with pure rose oil for emotional healing and self-love

• A candle activation ceremony with rose petals and intention

• Warm rose tea to nourish your body and spirit

This ceremony is rooted in the sacred feminine and the ancient symbolism of the rose as a guide for grace, softness, and emotional restoration.

✨ Tea & Connection: Enjoy gentle conversation, healthy snakcs and fruits, ceremonial rose tea, and community throughout our time together.

After the workshop, your ceramic candle holder will be kiln-fired and posted to you once finished for a fee (or you are welcome to collect it about 3 weeks after the event)—ready to be paired with your heart-blessed candle and placed as a sacred object in your space.

No experience is necessary. Just bring your open heart, and we’ll guide you through the rest.

🌸 About Me

I’m a qualified psychologist, Yin Yoga teacher, rebirthing breathworker, and a ceramic artist (find me on IG: @simple_sacred_ceramics), devoted to the healing power of beauty, creativity, and embodied expression. My path began as a personal quest to soothe my sensitive nervous system—shaped by early life experiences and a deep longing for peace, depth, and connection. Over time, I found profound healing through clay, ritual, and communion with the natural world.

I now weave together psychological insight, breathwork, clay therapy and other somatic creative practices to guide others—especially women—back to themselves through tactile healing, nervous system regulation, and spiritual remembrance.
