In this morning of earthy alchemy and soulful connection, we gather to sip the sacred: warm, velvety ceremonial cacao, medicine of the heart, keeper of ancestral wisdom.

With every sip, we soften.With every breath, we return.With every word of thanks, we remember we are enough. Guided by the spirit of cacao, we’ll weave meditation, gentle movement, and sound into a living ceremony. Then, in a circle of gratitude, we’ll share what’s real, offering presence to one another like warm firelight.

All hearts welcome. No experience needed, just willingness.

-What to bring: Mats and pillows are provided, but you are free to bring your own and whatever else you think to help your relaxation, like a blanket, A paper and a pen, an Open Mind and Heart and Water to drink.
