Certification Workshop Executive FiRE Index (English)

The Executive FiRE Index is a scientifically based diagnostic and development tool for measuring resilience and self-leadership skills in executives.

In this certification, you will learn about the FiRE model, how to structure feedback discussions, and how to conduct them professionally. After completing an online exam, you will be able to use the Executive FiRE Index in coaching, leadership, and HR contexts.

The training includes a kick-off (1.5 hours) and four online workshops of 4 hours each and is led by Karsten Drath, Managing Partner at Leadership Choices, and Carolin Zeller, Partner at Leadership Choices.

The first module teaches the theoretical and scientific foundations of the FiRE model – the basis of the Executive FiRE Index.

Module 2 | Structure and application of the Executive FiRE Index

Date: 08.04.2026 | 14:00 - 18:00

You will learn about the structure and functioning of the FiRE Index, understand the eight spheres of resilience, and discover which development impulses can be derived from them.

Module 3 | Debriefing the Executive FiRE Index I

Date: 09.04.2026 | 14:00 - 18:00

In this workshop, you will practice debriefing results professionally and guiding clients in a targeted manner in reflection and development.

Module 4 | Debriefing the Executive FiRE Index II

Date: 10.04.2026 | 14:00 - 18:00

Deepening your knowledge through practical examples, case studies, and collegial exchange for confident application in your own coaching practice.
