CES Policies and Procedures Training for Governors

The aim of this course is to familiarise governors with the CES policies and procedures around employment.

Course Content:

• To examine policies for Grievances, Sickness absence, Capability and Disciplinary.
• To examine the procedures and practical arrangements for these.
• To examine scenarios where these might be used.
